Family Therapy – $200
Individual Therapy - $185 (45 minutes)

Payment, including co-pays/co-insurance, is due at the time of your session. You are able to pay by credit or debit card. You have the option to complete a credit card authorization form if you would like to have your payments withdrawn on an automated schedule.​
Insurance
I am out-of-network for insurance at this time. You would be responsible for the full fee at time of service. I can provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note, in order to use your insurance you must have a covered diagnosis. We will discuss this at your intake appointment so you can best understand your benefits and treatment options. If you either do not have insurance or are choosing not to utilize your benefits, you are able to pay out-of-pocket.
